The "Opening the Breath of the Soul" seminar is a 3-day experiential workshop led by Daniela Abravanel and Marco Cestari in the mystical location of Fosnovo, Tuscany. Through practices of dance, painting, calligraphy, chanting, and Hebrew prayers, participants will explore ancient traditions of Kabbalah and Sufism to connect with their bodily essence and inner wisdom. The program includes two integrated pathways of chanting and meditative practices led by Daniela and Marco. Practical exercises for inner cleansing, rebalancing, and transformation will be offered, with a focus on sensory realignment and movement techniques.
