Whether you're staying at Holistic Tikun or just looking for a different experience of plant-based food, you can reserve a nutritious & delicious plant-based meal with some freshly harvested ingredients if you let us know an hour in advance hour. We don't have a menu, but go by the day!



  • Oatmeal with banana from our garden, cranberries, chia seeds, soy milk, cinnamon, and sugar

  • Freshly roasted coffee or

  • Garden herbal tea


A combination of:

  • Protein: mushrooms, quinoa, beans, avocado, lentils, tofu, or hummus

  • Veggies: fresh salad, avocado, roasted veggies and/or soup of the day

  • Carbs: rice, pasta, rye bread, quinoa, or roasted potatoes 

  • Cold water of the day or hot garden tea
